India's nuclear program is its only hope of casting off the yoke of slavery it has been under for a millenium and the so-called nuclear 'deal' with the U.S. is meant to strip that by making India dependent on unneeded and unwanted foreign nuclear technology and fuel (India designs and builds its own nuclear power plants and can even export them and makes its own nuclear fuel), stopping its nuclear research (such as by putting the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research and other institutions, which collaborate in its strategic program, in a 'civilian' list--this is a way of destroying them and India's strategic program by other means -- and closing down the research reactor CIRUS under false excuses) and binding it in chains (after making India dependent on unneeded and unwanted foreign nuclear technology and fuel, "US President has power to scrap agreement if after its enactment India detonates a nuclear device", thus capping and later stripping its nuclear weapons program).

The United States' tactic is described by an Indian expression roughly translated as 'first catching a finger, then the wrist'. When it comes to the United States, especially in nuclear matters, especially in dealings with non-white countries, agreements, laws, treaties, etc., mean nothing; only raw power counts. The 'deal' has been portrayed in the Indian press, controlled by the C.I.A. through RAW, as something sought by India but which may only grudgingly be 'granted' by the U.S. Congress and government when exactly the opposite is true: it has been shoved down India's throat through RAW and C.I.A.-controlled politicians and arm-twisting of scientists and the show of reluctance by the U.S. Congress has been meant to make Indians feel they are getting something when they are being robbed of their future and their most vital national assets and all they are getting is a perpetuation of their thousand year old slavery and the stripping away of their only hope for independence.

India should not let the United States anywhere near its nuclear program. Indian politicians as well as RAW are the C.I.A.'s servants. Russia's independence has been stripped away by its unilateral nuclear disarmament I have described. A former U.S. defence official at Harvard crowed of the success of U.S. policy, comparing present day Russia to Nigeria and of turning a superpower into a medium-sized country that exports oil and gas. The assault on India's nuclear program is the present day version of a foreign invasion. Military supremacy over an invader is not optional but essential for survival. Military supremacy today means nuclear supremacy. But "nuclear supremacy" or "strategic nuclear supremacy" for India is not even mentioned by Indian politicians, press, ‘strategic experts‘, etc. Being ignorant and enslaved cannot be a permanent excuse. As I have said, many Iraqi generals were bought up by Americans in the course of their 2003 invasion but it did not make it any less of an invasion and the invasion was expressly called an invasion on Iraq's nuclear program. The fact that many Indian politicians and others have been bought up does not make this any less of an invasion. This is a war for survival and for independence and requires the energy, speed, commitment and a full spectrum mobilisation appropriate to a war.

The failure to even mention -- much less demand -- strategic nuclear supremacy for India on the part of Indian politicians, media, ‘strategic experts‘, etc., shows their commitment to continued slavery to the United States and the white man. When the United States sent its warships into the Palk Straits, in the area where it wants the Sethusamudram channel, it was in service of its plans to deny, by military occupation, India access to India's thorium deposits in case it cannot get India to switch to 'proliferation-resis tant' reactors, etc. The International Atomic Energy Agency is a principal instrument of American imperialism used to provide grounds for invasions and occupation of other countries and calling its head an "honoured guest" of India is like Iraq's puppet government calling American occupation forces honoured guests of Iraq. This brings up the point that any government of India, supposedly a nuclear power, behaves like a mouse. An agreement is only as good as your (military) power and willingness to enforce it. The United States flouts international agreements, ranging from the United Nations Charter (when invading or threatening to invade other countries, for example) to the earlier 123 agreement with India, with impunity and at will. The denial regimes, such as the Nuclear Suppliers Group which is the reason for India not being able to import Uranium freely and thus the reason for the whole nuclear deal, are nothing but an expression of American power as are unanimous UN Security Council resolutions in which Arab countries endorse United States invasions of other Arab countries, for example. I have said that if India HAS to get Uranium from outside India for any reason (though, in fact, it does not), it should plan on a military takeover of Australia rather than enslaving itself to the United States through this deal. But India's governments dare not utter a word about nuclear armed missiles capable of reaching the United States, much less a military takeover of Australia.

I have written (for example in my article titled ‘India’s Technological and Economic Emancipation’ ) about the continued control of Indian intelligence agencies by British and later American intelligence agencies after 1947. India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) was split off from the Intelligence Bureau which had continued after 1947 to be loyal to the British. Later the Americans supplanted the British and RAW functions as a branch of the CIA against India. As part of this relationship, CIA-RAW exercises extensive control over the Indian media and, among its various activities, engages in sabotage of indigenous research and development to keep India dependent on other countries for defence and other equipment (the nuclear deal is just another CIA-RAW operation of that kind, though of a scope and with consequences far graver than any such operation till now).

An example of this is a Bharat-Rakshak discussion thread about a black box installed by the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) in the indigenously developed Arjun tank that documented the sabotage of its engines during trials by the Army; such sabotage has been the basis of the Army's rejection, on RAW's prompting, of the Arjun tank in favour of imports (as I said in the above article, India‘s Army is the collaborator Army that helped the British rule India and, even after Independence, all its regiments and units have retained their former identities and regularly celebrate the anniversaries of their founding by the British). A CIA-RAW operative, who serves as a moderator on Bharat-Rakshak and controls the forum, recently locked away this discussion thread so that numerous posts that had appeared documenting the sabotage of the Arjun tank were covered up. The major metropolitan newspapers, on most of which CIA-RAW exercises extensive control, have made no mention of the black box -- which was like the flight data recorder in aircraft -- installed by DRDO in Arjun tanks and the shocking findings about the sabotage even though a report on this was provided to them by the Indo Asian News Service (IANS).

There is across the board sabotage by various means by CIA-RAW to keep India down technologically, economically and militarily. RAW's grip over India is comparable to the old KGB's grip over the Soviet Union, with the difference that whereas the KGB worked for the good of the Soviet Union, except toward the end, RAW has always worked for its imperialist paymasters. An important point about the sabotage of Arjun is that people on the Arjun discussion thread on Bharat-Rakshak were aghast at the Army's behavior and calling for Army brass being tried for treason, etc. but it will be a mistake to stop with the Army; it is RAW which is behind such sabotage not just of Arjun but of India's interests, technological, economic and other, in a lot of areas. RAW has operatives in the Army at various levels but it is necessary to go to the root of the problem. RAW has to be destroyed and I have suggested that a brand new external intelligence agency be formed with the help of military intelligence (RAW is supposed to be India's external intelligence agency but at least 90% of its activities are within India, against India).

The destruction of RAW does not mean simply disbanding the agency and letting its employees continue their service to the CIA through other organisations, old or new, or in other roles. It is a mammoth agency with just the number of joint secretaries in the hundreds. It is India’s real ‘government’ and the politicians and civil servants largely obey its dictates. It puts the words in the mouths of cabinet ministers, etc., and determines most policies that are, erroneously, attributed to them. The nuclear deal and its various aspects -- replacing indigenous production of uranium and reactors with imports, the capping, rollback and elimination of India’s nuclear weapons program, media control and buying up politicians, scientists, etc. for this purpose -- is just the largest and deadliest of such activities, leaving out the 24-hour satellite surveillance and all the crimes, at the cost of hundreds of millions of dollars per year for the past 31 years, against India’s greatest scientist, described in my article titled ‘How India‘s economy can grow 30% per year‘. The Guardian (August 24, 2007, Internet, report by Randeep Ramesh) said: "India's secret history: 'A holocaust, one where millions disappeared...': Author says British reprisals involved the killing of 10 m, spread over 10 years:..." As I have shown, the killings and the subjugation continued right up to 1947. The ability of the Americans to kill and subjugate is incomparably greater than that of the British and India is faced with an even deeper slavery to the Americans with the nuclear deal which, as I have said, is a multi-pronged invasion of India. I am now in Ranchi.
My visit to Patna went very well. The chowkidar really appreciated my lecture. Biharis are very patriotic people, not at all like inferior n i g g e r blackie slaves. They hate firangis. All female tourists are molested and gang-raped.
I will be appointed chief economic advisor to the next GOI, which will operate from Ranchi after New Delhi is destroyed.
I have discovered how to increase India's growth rate from 30% to 300%. My plan is to make the government use dummy credit cards instead of rupee notes. Why waste time printing money when it only slows down the economic growth rate to a mere 30%?
The 5-star hotel in Ranchi is excellent. It is very secure. My room has no windows, and the door is made of steel reinforced concrete, which the waiters keep locked at all times. It looks like I am finally 100% safe from K Subrahmanyam/RAW.
The absolute best part of this hotel is the free acupuncture treatment, which I LOVE. Every morning, the waiters and waitresses bind my hands and feet, gag me, hold me down, slam my skull with cold metal electrodes......and then zap my brains with 440 Volts electricity.
It is pure bliss.

Sir, Most respectfully I would like to point out one obvious mistake in your information. You have said "puts half a million engineers and others on the payroll, directly or indirectly, of US every year." There is a limitation of only 65000 American H1-b visas each year world wide. So 'half a million' from India is totally incorrect.

The figure of half a million includes Indians in India -- such as software developers doing outsourced work with Indian companies such as Infosys and TCS or with BPOs -- who work for Americans; that is why it said "directly or indirectly". Indians doing customer service for American companies may be located in India and paid through Indian middlemen but they are working for Americans whether located in India or the U.S.

I read that one and also the one where you claim a 30% growth rate is possible. Even assuming you are right (and I don't think you are), China can do exactly the same thing that India can. They too can print more Chinese currency, build more ICBMs, etc. Also, acquiring technological prowess takes a lot of R&D. Did you know that China produces 10 times the number of Ph.D.s that India does? Even in the US universities, more Chinese students obtain Ph.D.s than Indians. Anything that India does, China can do better, right now. Collaborating with the USA will help. Once India becomes stronger, it can be independent (say 25-30 years from now)

By India being "independent" I meant to say that India could afford to pursue a foreign policy that can be antagonistic to American interests. Also, building ICBMs is great, but where would India get uranium from? 90% of the deposits are in Canada, Australia, and Kazakhstan.

How else can India match China's prowess? China is 15 years ahead of us economically, technologically and also militarily. China is growing faster than India, hence the gap is only growing. India needs the USA to counter China. Likewise, the USA needs India to counter China just like it used China to counter USSR in the 70s and early 80s.

The article as published here does NOT represent my views. I have said no IAEA inspections should be allowed and citizen inspectors should constantly inspect Indian nuclear facilities for any signs of IAEA inspections. The points about internal security in my article as I sent it were as follows:- National Security: Ridding India Of Firangis & Their Agents: For internal security: 1) Citizen inspectors should constantly inspect all nuclear facilities, particularly those included in the ‘civilian list’ for IAEA inspections, for any signs of inspections by firangis or their agents brought in the past or future, by stealth or otherwise, to ensure that no IAEA inspections take place. 2) No firangi should be allowed on the streets of Indian cities or elsewhere unless accompanied by firangi-watchers and firangi-hunters and can satisfy the latter that he/she is going for some legitimate purpose -- such as buying food -- and will not engage in activities to infiltrate/subvert Indian institutions or individuals in any way by engaging in conversations or other interactions/associa tions that are not legitimate such as asking the price of a food item he/she wants to buy. 3) Any Indian found associating with firangis in any way should be beaten to death on the spot.
